Being a Deputy Store Manager is incredibly varied. One day, you could be serving customers or receiving deliveries; while the next day you could be taking charge of the whole store. Benefits

Market leading package

As an Aldi Deputy Store Manager, you’ll earn £9.85 rising to £11.41 per hour, plus an additional £4.00 per hour while running the store. If you’re in London, you’ll get £11.20 rising to £11.89 per hour.

Amazing work-life balance

Your usual contracted hours will be around 25 hours per week, but can vary from 15-35. And to keep you refreshed for the dynamic, fast-paced Aldi life, you’ll get 28 days paid holiday.

Questions such as "What hours are you looking for?" will help us see if you're right for the opportunities we have. We'll also test key skills such as mental arithmetic, judgement or memory. Once you've submitted your application, our hiring managers will screen your answers.

 

Interview or Group Assessment
With an Area Manager in a store where you'll be asked a series of questions and scenarios relating to the job role you have applied for.

 

Aldi Store Experience
Following a successful interview you will be invited to take part in the 'Aldi Store Experience' where you'll get the chance to observe the different tasks that you would be expected to complete in role.
