HR Manager

In this fascinating role, you'll lead a team to deliver key, transformational projects that boost the quality of our Recruitment, Training,  Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR processes across the business. 

The HR team researches, designs and implements cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. It's how we achieve consistency, optimise employee retention and continue to be seen as an employer of choice. Full of initiative, you'll lead projects and engage with suppliers and external partners across the business.

£46,000 rising in increments to £81,415 in year 5.

Holiday allowance

5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

Hours and benefits

You’ll work a 5-day, 50-hour week, from Monday – Friday. When you start, you’ll receive a fully expensed VW Electric Car, a company pension, and company maternity, paternity and adoption leave after 2 years. After 6 months, you’ll receive private employee medical insurance.

HR Senior Analyst

As an HR Senior Analyst, you don’t need to be a technical wizard as such – but you do have to be passionate about how IT solutions can help support the business.

It’s the thrill you get at seeing how we can improve on what we’re doing that will help you ensure the projects you oversee have been considered from every single angle. Not forgetting that everything’s delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality. You will lead on key transformational projects meaning that the work you do will undoubtedly have a big impact on the quality of our Recruitment, Training, Employee Engagement and HR processes across the business.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, working from Monday – Friday. Plus, you’ll receive a company pension when you start, private employee medical insurance after 5 years, company maternity and adoption leave as well as company paternity pay after 2 years.

HR Team Leader

In this dynamic and varied role, you will join a department which researches, designs and implements cost effective and efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. This is a fast paced and challenging role that provides support to the HR Manager. Managing the HR Recruitment team, you’ll be relied on to ensure an efficient and co-operative working environment where everyone’s performing to the best of their ability.

Reporting directly into the HR Manager you will have responsibility for the HR Recruitment team, reporting analysis and management for all Recruitment data. You'll support the HR Manager with project work and support stakeholders throughout the Recruitment process and create reports and research documents when requested.

HR Technical Analyst

As an HR Technical Analyst you will bring your experience of HR IT systems and people analytics to deep dive into the configuration and design of our HR IT landscape.

Technically skilled and analytical, you will have an in depth knowledge of the configuration of our systems, with a high level of responsibility to support senior management and the HR team to deliver key transformational projects. Consequently, the work you do undoubtedly has a big impact on the quality of our Recruitment, Training, Employee Engagement and HR processes across the business.

In this busy, varied role, you'll help to research, design and implement cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.

It's how we'll achieve consistency, optimise employee retention and continue to be seen as an employer of choice. The HR team has opportunities within Recruitment, Training, Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR Administration. And we're looking for people with both experience and passion in any of these areas to join us.

You'll need to keep calm under pressure, have bags of initiative and excellent communication and organisational skills.

If you are considering a career in HR, this could be the perfect first step. In this busy, varied role, you'll help to research, design and implement cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.

It's how we'll achieve consistency, optimise employee retention and continue to be seen as an employer of choice. The HR team has opportunities within Recruitment, Training, Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR Administration. 

You'll need to be efficient and well organised with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Group Assessment

If all goes well, we’ll then ask you to spend some time at one of our assessment centres. Our processes have been created to ensure you have the chance to shine. We’re looking for your drive, professionalism and work ethic.

Final Interview

Congratulations - you’ve almost made it. The Final Interview is the last stage of the Aldi recruitment process. This will involve getting to know more about you including your experience, career aspirations and passion to join #TeamAldi.
