HR Manager

In this fascinating role, you'll lead a team to deliver key, transformational projects that boost the quality of our Recruitment, Training,  Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR processes across the business. 

The HR team researches, designs and implements cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. It's how we achieve consistency, optimise employee retention and continue to be seen as an employer of choice. Full of initiative, you'll lead projects and engage with suppliers and external partners across the business.

£44,000 rising in increments to £77,870 in year 5.

Holiday allowance

5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

Hours and benefits

You’ll work a 5-day, 50-hour week, from Monday – Friday. When you start, you’ll receive a fully expensed BMW 3 series, a company pension, and company maternity, paternity and adoption leave after 2 years. After 6 months, you’ll receive private employee medical insurance.

HR Team Leader

n this dynamic and varied role, you will join a department which researches, designs and implements cost effective and efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. This is a fast paced and challenging role that provides support to the HR Manager. Managing the Head Office Recruitment team, you’ll be relied on to ensure an efficient and co-operative working environment where everyone’s performing to the best of their ability.

Reporting directly into the HR Manager you will be responsible for Direct Leader responsibility for the Head Office Recruitment team, reporting analysis and management for all Recruitment data, supporting the HR Manager with project work, supporting stakeholders throughout the Recruitment process and creating reports and research documents when requested.

HR Assistant

In this busy, varied role, you'll help to research, design and implement cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.

It's how we'll achieve consistency, optimise employee retention and continue to be seen as an employer of choice. The HR team has opportunities within Recruitment, Training, Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR Administration. And we're looking for people with both experience and passion in any of these areas to join us. You'll need to keep calm under pressure, have bags of initiative and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Group Assessment

If all goes well, we’ll then ask you to spend some time at one of our assessment centres. Our processes have been created to ensure you have the chance to shine. We’re looking for your drive, professionalism and work ethic.

Final Interview

If we’re convinced that you’re a good ‘Aldi fit’, we’ll ask you to come for a final one-to-one interview. Here we’ll go into more detail about your contract and what we’ll expect of you.
