Our Customer Interaction Teams

Our fantastic Brands & Campaigns team works to consistently reinforce Aldi’s meaningful role. They develop and manage our strategic brands plans - both nationally and at a regional level. Working closely with the Channels & Delivery teams, agencies and partners, they take responsibility for all of Aldi's iconic campaigns.

The Channels & Delivery team is where our creative becomes reality! Responsible for the day-to-day operation of all Aldi’s marketing, this innovative bunch have a deep understanding of each channel, optimising performance and managing the full end-to-end process. From mass reach media through to merchandising of our websites and our social media channels, the team pride themselves in delivering to the highest, award-winning standards. 

A growing part of our Marketing team, our in-house Studio & Content team support the delivery of Aldi’s marketing and communications. From photography to video editing, they bring our products to life.

As our size and sales grow, so do the opportunities to enhance our customer offering. Our Proposition and Sales team are always looking for exciting ways to increase our current business, developing existing services and researching new opportunities.

To meet customer’s expectations of Aldi, we need to understand what drives them. Supporting the Customer Interaction department, our experts in the Customer Insights team work to promote a data-driven culture through high quality customer analysis, reporting and insight.

Our Products & Projects team are all about driving positive change within the Customer Interaction department - whether that’s introducing new solutions or optimising existing ones. They’re responsible for the project management and continuous improvement of our customer initiatives.

Our External Communications team play a critical role in shaping our public image ensuring that messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with Aldi's goals. Responsible for promoting and protecting our reputation and managing relationships with various external stakeholders to ensure that our communications are amazing, every day! Within this team sits our dedicated Awards team who work hard to share the latest on Aldi's product and brand credentials.

With over 45,000 colleagues, ensuring colleagues are well informed and engaged is the top priority for Internal Comms! The team work on a range of projects from video and written content to colleague competitions and business updates! They’re always on the lookout for new ways to excite and delight our colleagues!

As a Customer Interaction Senior Manager, you’ll develop our customer touchpoints and support the future growth of our business.

Reporting to the Customer Interaction Director, you’ll manage a team across one of our busy functions. You’ll ensure that your team is developed, motivated and ready to face new challenges every day, whilst understanding the department vision and working hard to achieve it.

Customer Interaction Senior Analyst

With so much going on, it’s a great time to join our Customer Interaction Team.

Working across the department, there are plenty of opportunities for analysing the way we interact with our customers and using what we learn to develop new and innovative ideas.

The Senior Analyst role is our most experienced position prior to taking on people management responsibilities, and can range from running large projects to being our lead Business Analyst. It’s incredibly fast-paced but you’ll be the kind of person who loves every minute.

Customer Interaction Technical Analyst

Customer demands are constantly evolving, therefore it's vital we use what we learn to continuously improve.

As a Technical Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in analysing our data and processes and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our efficiency and overall performance. You’ll ensure that all projects are delivered on time and in budget.

You’ll also be a fantastic communicator, ready to liaise with a range of people from internal teams to external Business Partners, and strike up positive relationships with your manager, who will rely on your knowledge and expertise to make well-informed business decisions.

Customer Interaction Assistant

As a Customer Interaction Assistant, you will be highly organised and able to think on your feet.

You'll be confident in providing knowledge and insights to support decision making, and will be a great multitasker; remaining calm under pressure and delivering work on time, in budget, and to a high standard. You’ll manage the accurate flow of information in and out of the department in an efficient and discreet way.

Importantly, you’ll be a strong communicator who can nurture great relationships and act as the ‘go to’ person for Customer Interaction teams and the wider Business.

Customer Interaction Administrator

This will involve day to day organisational work, as well as data processing and analysis, so naturally you will need to be efficient and well organised. You'll bring enthusiasm, and your ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure will mean you really fit in.

Customer Service Assistant Manager

Working closely with your Manager, you'll make sure that the development of the department never stops, to ensure we always give the best customer experience possible.

Managing the day to day running of our Customer Service department, you’ll be relied on to ensure an efficient and co-operative working environment where everyone’s performing to the best of their ability, whilst striving for continuous improvement.

As management roles go, you’ll recommend any changes to the way we do things and manage the implementation of these from start to finish. You’ll also act as a valuable link between our Customer Service department and the rest of Aldi, feeding key information back through the business that will help us improve our offering even more.

Customer Service Supervisor

This is a very busy, responsible role that provides support to the Customer Service Assistant Manager.

Managing Customer Service systems and processes, you’ll be relied on to ensure an efficient and co-operative working environment where everyone’s performing to the best of their ability.

Your main goal is to keep your team motivated and driven with your positive, can-do attitude. Under your guidance, your team will always go that little bit further for customers. They’ll treat every query with patience and understanding, find a solution and leave customers with the very best impression of Aldi.

As Supervisor roles go, you’ll find a great deal of freedom to do what it takes to keep customers coming back to our stores. You’ll recommend any changes to the way we do things and escalate any complaints that regularly occur. You’ll also act as a valuable link between our customers and the rest of Aldi, feeding key information back through the business that will help us improve our offering even more.

Senior Customer Service Advisor

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll provide the very best service to our customers, using all your training, knowledge and initiative.

It’s a role that’s full of variety. The way our Advisors communicate with customers has massively changed over the past few years. As well as letters and phone calls, you’ll be responding to emails and social media postings, during and after the sale.

Success relies on your ability to really understand the needs and experiences of each customer and treat them as an individual. Then you’ll need to inject your own personality into each and every call or email so that the customer has no doubt they’re getting the kind of treatment they’ve come to expect from Aldi. Always, your goal will be to give our customers a great impression, and keep them coming back for more.
